Applies to: physical gift vouchers issued by IRISINFRAME LTD.

Contact: contact@irisinframe.com

1. Issue & format

  • Vouchers are issued as physical cards and may include a unique code and/or serial number.
  • Vouchers can be purchased in-store or online (payment via Revolut).

2. Redemption & scope

  • Vouchers are redeemable in person (walk-in only) against eligible IRIS IN FRAME products/services available at the time of redemption.
  • Vouchers cannot be used to purchase other vouchers.
  • Multiple vouchers may be used in a single transaction if our system allows.

3. Non-refundability & no cash alternative

  • All physical gift vouchers are non-refundable once purchased, except where required by law.
  • Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, and no cash change is given.
  • If the purchase price is less than the voucher value, any remaining balance stays on the voucher until expiry (if technically supported) or is forfeited if single-use.

4. Expiry

  • Vouchers expire 12 months from the date of purchase unless a different date is printed on the voucher.
  • After expiry, the voucher cannot be used and any remaining value is forfeited. Extensions are at our sole discretion.

5. Lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers

  • Treat vouchers like cash. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers and are not obliged to replace them.
  • If we agree to reissue, we may require proof of purchase and confirmation that the voucher has not been redeemed; administrative fees may apply.

6. Fraud & misuse

We may refuse, cancel, or suspend vouchers we reasonably believe are fraudulent, duplicated, altered, or obtained/used in breach of these terms.

7. Balance & single/multi-use

  • If the voucher is single-use, it must be redeemed in full in one transaction; any unused value is forfeited.
  • If the voucher supports a stored balance, remaining value can be used until expiry. Ask in-store if unsure which type you hold.

8. Delivery & risk (for posted vouchers)

We deliver to the address you provide. Risk passes on delivery to that address or to the carrier where you ask us to deliver to a pickup/third-party location. Please check your delivery promptly.

9. Returns & faulty vouchers

Faulty or non-functional vouchers (e.g., code not activating) will be replaced or refunded upon verification. This does not affect your statutory rights.

10. Data protection (vouchers)

  • We collect the purchaser’s email and (if delivery is required) postal address.
  • We use the email to send purchase confirmations and—where you opt in or where soft opt-in applies for similar products—to send marketing about our own products. You can unsubscribe at any time.
  • We store address details solely for delivery. Payments are processed by Revolut; we do not store full card details. See our Privacy Policy for more.

11. General

  • Vouchers remain our property until properly redeemed.
  • Vouchers have no face-value interest and are not deposit accounts or payment instruments.
  • We may update this policy; the version in force on the date of purchase applies, except where changes are required by law or to prevent fraud.

Frequently Asked Questions

When you visit our studio, you’ll get to see various examples, printing options, and special effects. We’ll be happy to help you choose the best solution. Once you’ve chosen the option you want, we’ll move on to the photography process. You’ll sit comfortably in a chair, place your chin on a special rest, and looking straight into the lens widen your eyes. We’ll photograph your eye with a brief (painless) flash of light. After the photoshoot, we’ll analyze the unique details of your eye, and you’ll be able to approve them, finalise your order, and proceed with the payment.

We do not take bookings at the moment. All you have to do is visit us during our opening hours and we guarantee to provide service to everyone.

Photoshoot itself is very quick and usually takes less than 1 minute per person.

No - the photography process is completely painless and very quick. The only thing that might cause minimal discomfort is being asked to open your eyes wider and the brief flash of light. Since some people’s eyes are more sensitive, we always make sure to capture a high-quality photo of your eye. If it doesn’t work on the first try, we repeat it a few times until we get the best result.

We photograph both adults and children from the age of 3. The process is short and completely safe: you simply sit comfortably, place your chin on the rest, look straight into the lens, and try not to blink. That said, we can’t guarantee we’ll be able to photograph every child. A child’s pose and cooperation depend a lot on their mood, mindset, and willingness to participate. If a child doesn’t want to be photographed, is restless, crying, or squinting, it may not be possible to capture a clear iris photo.

We recommend removing contact lenses, because they often make the iris look slightly more bluish. However, if you’re not able to remove your lenses, that’s absolutely not a problem. They don’t change the iris pattern - only the color slightly, which we can adjust a little.

No special preparation is needed for iris photography. The most important thing is that on the day of your session you can open your eyes wide and look calmly straight into the lens during the shoot. If you wear contact lenses, we recommend removing them, as they can slightly change the color of your eye.

If the amount on the voucher isn’t enough to cover the order, you can pay the difference on site in cash or by card.
