Frequently Asked Questions

When you visit our studio, you’ll get to see various examples, printing options, and special effects. We’ll be happy to help you choose the best solution. Once you’ve chosen the option you want, we’ll move on to the photography process. You’ll sit comfortably in a chair, place your chin on a special rest, and looking straight into the lens widen your eyes. We’ll photograph your eye with a brief (painless) flash of light. After the photoshoot, we’ll analyze the unique details of your eye, and you’ll be able to approve them, finalise your order, and proceed with the payment.

We do not take bookings at the moment. All you have to do is visit us during our opening hours and we guarantee to provide service to everyone.

Photoshoot itself is very quick and usually takes less than 1 minute per person.

No - the photography process is completely painless and very quick. The only thing that might cause minimal discomfort is being asked to open your eyes wider and the brief flash of light. Since some people’s eyes are more sensitive, we always make sure to capture a high-quality photo of your eye. If it doesn’t work on the first try, we repeat it a few times until we get the best result.

We photograph both adults and children from the age of 3. The process is short and completely safe: you simply sit comfortably, place your chin on the rest, look straight into the lens, and try not to blink. That said, we can’t guarantee we’ll be able to photograph every child. A child’s pose and cooperation depend a lot on their mood, mindset, and willingness to participate. If a child doesn’t want to be photographed, is restless, crying, or squinting, it may not be possible to capture a clear iris photo.

We recommend removing contact lenses, because they often make the iris look slightly more bluish. However, if you’re not able to remove your lenses, that’s absolutely not a problem. They don’t change the iris pattern - only the color slightly, which we can adjust a little.

No special preparation is needed for iris photography. The most important thing is that on the day of your session you can open your eyes wide and look calmly straight into the lens during the shoot. If you wear contact lenses, we recommend removing them, as they can slightly change the color of your eye.

If the amount on the voucher isn’t enough to cover the order, you can pay the difference on site in cash or by card.
