Gift Voucher Policy

Important information regarding the purchase, validity and redemption of IrisInFrame gift vouchers.

1. General

These Gift Voucher Terms apply to all gift vouchers issued by IRISINFRAME LTD (“we”, “us”, “our”). By purchasing or using a gift voucher, you agree to these terms.

2. Voucher usage

  • Gift vouchers can only be redeemed against eligible IRISINFRAME LTD products and services.
  • Gift vouchers must be presented or quoted at the time of booking or redemption.
  • Only one voucher may be used per transaction unless agreed otherwise.
  • Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.

3. Validity

  • Gift vouchers are valid for the period stated at the time of purchase.
  • Expired vouchers may not be accepted.
  • We reserve the right to refuse redemption of expired vouchers.

4. Delivery

  • Digital gift vouchers are typically delivered by email.
  • Physical vouchers are dispatched to the delivery address provided during checkout.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary.

5. Lost, stolen or damaged vouchers

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, deleted, damaged, or unauthorised use of gift vouchers. Replacement vouchers may not be issued.

6. Refunds

  • Gift vouchers are non-refundable.
  • Unused balances cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • Refunds will not be provided for partially used vouchers.

7. Fraud & misuse

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any voucher suspected of fraud, duplication, tampering, resale, or misuse.

8. Right to amend

We reserve the right to amend these terms or discontinue gift vouchers at any time where reasonably necessary.

Have a question about our iris photography experience? Here are the answers to the things we're asked most often.

When you visit our studio, you will be able to view examples, print options, and special effects. Once you choose your preferred artwork, we photograph your iris using a brief, painless flash. After the photoshoot, we review the details with you, finalise your order, and proceed with payment.

We welcome both bookings and walk-ins. Book now.

The photoshoot itself is very quick and usually takes less than one minute per person.

No, the photography process is completely painless. The only possible discomfort is opening your eyes slightly wider and seeing a brief flash of light.

We photograph adults and children from the age of 3. The process is safe and quick, but we cannot guarantee every child can be photographed if they are restless, crying, squinting, or unwilling to participate.

We recommend removing contact lenses because they can slightly affect the colour of the iris. However, if you cannot remove them, it is not a problem.

No special preparation is needed. The most important thing is that you can open your eyes wide and look calmly into the lens during the shoot.

If the voucher amount is not enough to cover your order, you can pay the difference on site by cash or card.
