These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings, purchases, gift vouchers, prints, and services provided by IRISINFRAME LTD (“we”, “us”, “our”). By purchasing from us or using our services, you agree to these terms.
As our iris artwork and prints are personalised products, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded simply because the customer changes their mind after production has started.
If a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. We may offer a replacement or refund where appropriate. Further details can be found in our Return Policy.
All photographs, artwork, edits, designs, and content created by IRISINFRAME LTD remain our intellectual property and copyright unless otherwise agreed in writing. Customers receive a personal-use licence only.
Unless requested otherwise by the customer, we may use photographs of iris artwork and behind-the-scenes content for portfolio, marketing, and social media purposes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant product or service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be published on this website.

Have a question about our iris photography experience? Here are the answers to the things we're asked most often.
When you visit our studio, you will be able to view examples, print options, and special effects. Once you choose your preferred artwork, we photograph your iris using a brief, painless flash. After the photoshoot, we review the details with you, finalise your order, and proceed with payment.
We welcome both bookings and walk-ins. Book now.
The photoshoot itself is very quick and usually takes less than one minute per person.
No, the photography process is completely painless. The only possible discomfort is opening your eyes slightly wider and seeing a brief flash of light.
We photograph adults and children from the age of 3. The process is safe and quick, but we cannot guarantee every child can be photographed if they are restless, crying, squinting, or unwilling to participate.
We recommend removing contact lenses because they can slightly affect the colour of the iris. However, if you cannot remove them, it is not a problem.
No special preparation is needed. The most important thing is that you can open your eyes wide and look calmly into the lens during the shoot.
If the voucher amount is not enough to cover your order, you can pay the difference on site by cash or card.
