Return & Refund Policy
Clear, simple and fair policy for personalised iris artwork.If the buyer changes their mind and decides they no longer want the ordered eye photographs or prints after placing and paying for the order, the seller does not provide a refund.
However, if the buyer is dissatisfied with the final result, the seller commits to resolving the issue and making necessary corrections to ensure a high-quality outcome.
In cases where the buyer receives a defective print, for example damaged, faded, or cracked, the seller agrees to replace the item with an identical product or issue a refund for the print.
The seller may request the return of the defective print. Shipping costs for returning faulty items are covered by the seller.
The seller reserves the right to reject returned items if the return conditions have not been met.
Refunds for returned products are processed within 14 working days from the date the returned item is received.
